Key Account Executives
The Account Manager is a quota-carrying enterprise software field sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by generating and closing new opportunities in the assigned market. Responsibilities include:
- Articulate the solution to customer organizations at the Director, VP, and C-Level
- Manage the full life cycle of the enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing
- Accurately forecast new business
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
- Architect a solution that meets customer requirements
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows
- Build relationships that turn customers into loyal fans
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system
Preferred Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience (EH&S experience a plus)
- Documented quota-beating enterprise software sales performance carrying a €1.5M yearly quota or greater
- Proven self starter, with start up background
- Sales experience with software that average €100,000 or greater, and global solutions that average € 200,000 or greater
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong drive that thrives in a results oriented culture
- A documented track record of success with referenceable customers.
- 25% - 50% travel is required
